Returning to 350 North Orleans
Navigating the New Rhythms of the Workplace

At 350 North Orleans, we empower people with purpose-built workspaces and a single-minded focus on supporting their wellbeing. Our guiding principles have enabled us to adapt to changing needs as we say hello to new faces and familiar ones around our building.

We continue to implement best-in-class operations for health and safety. We always anchor these practices in the highest commitment to the care of our tenants, guests and our team members. Our building adheres to guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government authorities.

We continue to communicate building-specific updates and safety measures to our staff and to our tenants. Download the My 350 App as your go-to resource for information on returning to the office. Subscribe to The Thread, our official building newsletter, for additional updates from management.

Health, Safety and Peace of Mind

Our Practices

We watch the latest guidance on the COVID-19 pandemic closely and evolve our practices to meet local regulations and workplace requirements in real time. Our team maintains partnerships with third-party cleaning service providers and contractors to ensure our building is thoroughly and consistently cleaned.

Mask Policy
Individuals are not required to wear a face covering in indoor settings and common use areas of the property, as of February 28, 2022, per public health guidance from the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago. However, face coverings are strongly recommended indoors regardless of vaccination status.

Enhanced Cleaning
We continue to work closely with our janitorial service provider, Harvard, to ensure that they are following the latest guidance. This includes continued cleaning of high-touch surfaces and the placement of sanitization stations located throughout the building. If tenants would like to take additional preventative actions, we can arrange for our facilities cleaning service provider to add in extra tenant-specific cleaning. Contact property management with questions about any of these measures.

Moving Throughout the Building

Entering & Exiting

We encourage all building employees to use the escalators where possible to access your floor. Security will assist on the first floor to coordinate elevators for visitors and tenants. It is prohibited to walk up from or down to the main lobbies of the building in the stairwells. Security closely monitors stairwell misuse for tenant security and safety. When entering the building from the Kinzie Street Entrance or Loading Dock, we ask that visitors and tenants utilize Stairwell F to the first floor then take an elevator or escalator to their floor. A keycard is required for access.

Signage Guidance
You may notice signs posted throughout the building to promote safe practices for our community. Please familiarize yourself with all building signage and adhere to the specified practices.

Amenity Spaces
We continue to follow local guidelines regarding communal facilities. Please contact your property manager for more information regarding the amenities at your property.

Thank You
